Construction Website Design in Zionsville, Indiana
In the building trades your reputation is your foundation. The problem is that the best crew in Central Indiana can still be invisible online, losing bids to a competitor with a worse punch list and a better website.
We build websites for construction and home improvement companies. It is our deepest specialty, not a category we added to a services list. Our office is at 75 East Pine Street in Zionsville, so we know the market our clients bid in, from historic renovations on the brick streets downtown to new commercial work in Indianapolis.
We do not build pretty brochures. We build sales funnels that help you land higher ticket contracts.

Why Construction Website Design Is Its Own Discipline
Most generalist agencies do not know the difference between a rough-in and a finish-out. We do, and it shows up in the work.
Our co-owner Brad Murray started his career at Woolpert, a civil engineering firm in Indianapolis, working on engineering drawings before moving into 3D animation, graphics, and web design. He came to this industry through AutoCAD and Civil 3D. That background is why our construction sites get built around how a project is actually documented and presented, not around whatever a template wanted.
What does a builder's website need that a restaurant's does not?
Project galleries that hold up under scrutiny. Detailed service pages for each trade you offer. A quote request form that captures scope instead of just a name and email. Proof that you finish what you start.
We put all four in every build. Our general website design process is the same five phases for every client, but the priorities shift hard toward visual proof for the trades.

Built to Win High-Ticket Contracts
Your best salesperson is your last finished project.
A homeowner comparing three remodelers is not reading your mission statement. They are looking at photos of work that resembles what they want, checking whether you have done it before, and deciding whether you look like a real company or two guys and a truck. A commercial client is doing the same thing with more scrutiny.
So we structure the site around evidence. Galleries organized by project type. Service pages deep enough to rank on their own. Testimonials placed where they carry weight rather than buried on an about page. Forms that ask the right qualifying questions so the leads that reach you are worth calling back.
When the site needs words as well as structure, our website copywriting team handles it. Most contractors would rather be on a job site than writing service pages, and that is a reasonable preference.
Fast Hosting Your Project Galleries Will Not Break
Here is a problem specific to your industry. A high resolution portfolio is essential for a builder, and large, unoptimized images can slow a site down badly when the hosting and image handling are not built for them.
We do not use the same overseas hosts as everyone else. Our clients sit on custom configured dedicated WordPress servers that our own staff monitor, update, and maintain, with specialized software so galleries load fast. Daily automatic backups are standard, not an add-on. Free SSL, caching, a CDN, a staging environment for testing before anything goes live, and malware protection and recovery are all included.
Our build quality was good enough to draw a compliment from the founder of WordPress. We mention it because in this trade you know what third party validation from someone who actually knows the craft is worth.
Our managed WordPress hosting also includes ongoing content updates: up to ten existing pages a month, turned around in five business days from the day after you submit. For a growing portfolio that matters. You finish a job, send us the photos, and the site reflects it within the week instead of next quarter.
Being straight about the boundaries: you provide the content and photos, we do not supply stock images, video goes on YouTube, and any single task over six hours gets its own estimate.
Outcomes Over Activities, and No Mystery Invoices
We operate with a no mystery invoices promise, and no confusing jargon either.
Most agencies sell activity. Reports full of things that were done. Our co-owner Wade Danforth brings a Marketing MBA from Butler and more than 20 years across industries, and the standard he holds the work to is measurable revenue rather than a list of tasks completed. If a tactic is not making you money we would rather stop doing it than put it in a report.
We work in weeks, not months. While other firms are still sketching concepts, our WordPress specialists are executing.
Search visibility is part of the same job. A construction site that nobody finds is an expensive brochure, so we handle SEO and local SEO alongside the build. If a listing drops and does not come back within 30 days, we re-optimize at no extra charge. We are also honest that we have no control over the policies of search engines, which is why nobody here promises you a position number.
For trades that want a dedicated search campaign we run general contractor SEO and roofing SEO in the Indianapolis market.
What It Costs and How Long It Takes
Projects run from $2,500 to $15,000 and up, priced flat fee rather than hourly. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
Most construction sites finish in four to six weeks. Larger builds with heavy galleries or multiple service divisions run eight to twelve. You get weekly updates throughout, and the time we need from you is deliberately small.
Already have a site that is dated rather than broken?
A website redesign usually costs less than starting over, and with proper URL mapping, redirects, and a careful migration it protects the search authority your existing pages have built up. We also do straight WordPress development when you have a design and need it built properly.
We work with builders and remodelers across Central Indiana, including Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Brownsburg, Avon, Noblesville, Westfield, and Lebanon. The full list is on our areas we serve page, and you can see completed work in our recent projects.

Construction Website Design FAQ
How much does a construction company website cost?
Between $2,500 and $15,000 and up, quoted flat fee. A focused site for a single trade sits at the lower end. Multiple divisions, large galleries, and custom quote tools move it up. You get the full number before work starts.
How long does the build take?
Four to six weeks for most construction sites, eight to twelve for larger ones. The thing that slows a build down most often is waiting on project photos, so gathering those early is the best way to keep it fast.
Can you make my project galleries load fast?
That is exactly why we run dedicated servers with specialized caching software instead of shared hosting. High resolution construction photography is heavy, and it needs proper image optimization, caching, and hosting to stay fast. That is what our managed environment is built for.
Do I need SEO as well as a new website?
If organic and local search are going to be an important source of new business, then yes, SEO is worth running alongside the build. It is not the only way to reach people who do not know you yet, since paid search, referrals, and local directories all play a part, but for local contractors it is one of the strongest channels. The build gets the structure right, and search work gets you found. We handle both, which means the site launches already pointed at the terms you want rather than needing a retrofit six months later.
Will you keep the site updated after launch?
Yes. Host with us and you get ongoing content updates covering up to ten existing pages a month with a five business day turnaround. Add a finished project, swap a photo, update a service, all included.
Send us your current site and the kind of work you want more of. We will tell you honestly whether you need a rebuild or just a redesign, and what it would cost.
